Company History
The idea of Atlantic Engineering (SL), a private LLC established to deliver engineering, procurement, construction, and project management services was conceived in 2016 with the sole aim of delivering on the values that matter most to clients including quality, timely delivery, innovation, sustainability, and value for money, among others. The conceivers sought to utilise their capabilities, experience and reputation together with the other professionals and strategic partners, to minimise the risks commonly associated with engineering and infrastructure projects in Sierra Leone and the wider sub-region. The company was registered in Sierra Leone in January 2019 and has since remained committed to delivering practical, reliable, and sustainable engineering solutions that create lasting value for its clients and the communities it serves.
Legal Status
Atlantic Engineering (SL) Limited is a privately owned limited liability company incorporated and registered in Sierra Leone in January 2019. The company is wholly owned and managed by Sierra Leoneans, with its operations rooted in Sierra Leone and a strategic ambition to expand its services across West Africa and beyond. Atlantic Engineering (SL) Limited operates in accordance with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of Sierra Leone and is committed to supporting national development priorities, including human capital development, local content participation, employment creation, skills and knowledge development, and the increased participation of Sierra Leonean professionals and businesses in the engineering, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
